August 29, 2004 - It was the largest demonstration in NYC in decades. According to the NY Times, a half-million people walked the streets of our fair city to protest the Bush Gang's policies of war, greed, hate, cutbacks and repression. We were happy to take part in this historic march. It seemed to me that all of New York had turned out to say NO to Bush and Chaney.
